Custom applications for your business

Tell us what you need. We'll build it.

Describe the problem in your own words. Qisia creates the application and an engineer reviews it before your team uses it.

I want my team to ask for purchases and time off, and my manager to approve them.

Illustrative example with invented data. It is not a real application of any customer.

How it works

From idea to application in four steps.

Nothing to install, no coding required, and you stay in control of what gets published.

Tell us about it

You talk with the AI and it asks the right questions. You confirm the summary of what you need.

See it working

We create a test version so you can see it and try it before anyone else uses it.

An engineer reviews it

A person checks that it is secure, that permissions are right and that your data is safe.

Your team uses it

It is published and you can ask for changes whenever you like. Every version keeps its history.

What sets us apart

AI works fast. A person stands behind what gets published.

Other tools hand you the application and leave you on your own. Here every version goes through an engineer before it reaches your team.

Reviewed by engineering before it is published
  • Your company's data is kept separate from everyone else's
  • Every change is saved and can be undone
  • You know who did what, and when

What it is for

What your day needs, without the hassle.

Move on from spreadsheets

Requests, visits and issues in one organised place, with statuses and alerts.

Everyone sees their own

Permissions fit each role: who creates, who approves and who only views.

Works on every screen

On a computer, a tablet or a phone, including for people out in the field.

Changes as your business changes

Ask for an improvement in the same conversation and it arrives reviewed, like the first version.

No surprises at launch

You try everything in a test version before your team uses it.

Someone who answers

If something goes wrong, an engineering team stands behind it, not just a chat.

Ways to work

Choose how much help you want.

Set it up yourself

Forms, dashboards, approvals and alerts built from proven blocks. Ready in minutes.

Ideal for straightforward processes that do not touch sensitive data.

We build it with you

AI creates a tailored application and our team reviews and publishes it.

Ideal for what no standard tool handles well.

Professional project

Connecting legacy systems or critical projects, with a fixed scope and budget.

Ideal for complex integrations with your current software.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask before they start.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe the problem in your own words and we take care of the rest. You only confirm the summary of what you want before anything is created.

Who reviews what the AI creates?

A person on our engineering team reviews security, permissions and how your data is handled before publication. Very simple changes that do not touch code or data do not need it.

What if a version causes problems?

We go back to the previous one in moments. Every release keeps its history and the rollback is tested before publishing.

Where is my data?

Each application has its own space, separate from other companies'. Where it is hosted and how it is handled is set out in writing in the pilot programme.

Is the application mine?

We agree it in writing with each pilot company before starting, including how to export it.

How much does it cost?

We are setting prices with the first companies. It will be a monthly fee plus usage and, when needed, engineering hours. Pilot companies see the terms before they start.

Pilot programme

We are looking for three companies to start with.

Tell us which process still lives in spreadsheets, emails or paper. We digitise it together and measure how much time it saves you.
